PHOTOGENIC.IN and the Privacy of Visitors and Members
Internet user privacy and confidentiality is of the utmost importance to PHOTOGENIC.IN. Our reputation and integrity is directly related to how we serve our Web site's users and members.

PHOTOGENIC.IN never releases personal identifiable information about you to any third party without your initial prior approval. If we do release your information to a third party, for example to sign you up for a third party service provided through PHOTOGENIC.IN that you have specifically requested, a link to the third party's privacy notice and terms of service will be displayed at the time you are offered the option to release this information. At present there are no such third parties involved in the operation of PHOTOGENIC.IN.
BUT please note that PHOTOGENIC.IN may disclose user information in special cases when we have reason to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be causing injury to or interference with (either intentionally or unintentionally) PHOTOGENIC.IN's rights or property, other PHOTOGENIC.IN users, or anyone else that could be harmed by such activities. PHOTOGENIC.IN may disclose user information when we believe in good faith that the law requires it.
Protecting children
PHOTOGENIC.IN membership is exclusively geared toward individuals who are 14 years old and older. PHOTOGENIC.IN will not knowingly collect or use personal identifiable information from children younger than 14. Children below the age of 14 who wish to use the services of PHOTOGENIC.IN can do so only through the active participation of their parents or guardian. Individuals between 14 and 18 should consult with their parents or guardians about the use of the site for their benefit.

This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the PHOTOGENIC.IN website. On some pages, you can order products, sign up for membership, make requests, and register to receive materials. The types of personal information collected at these pages are:

The Way We Use Information:
We use the information you provide about someone else or yourself when placing an order or signing up for a service, only to ship the product and to confirm delivery or to provide the service. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order or provide that service. In cases in which we need to share the information with a third party to fulfill an order or provide a service, we will always inform you before sharing this information with these third parties, state how the information will be used by the third party by linking to their privacy statement and offer you the option to refuse to use the third party's services or products.
We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.
You can choose to receive updates on our new products and services at registration time. Information you submit on our Web site will not be used for this purpose unless you fill out the registration form and select to receive these updates on our new products and services.
We use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our Web site and to share with advertisers. For example, we may tell an advertiser that X number of individuals visited a certain area on our Web site, or that Y number of men and Z number of women filled out our registration form, but we would not disclose anything that could be used to identify those individuals.
Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.
How to update or delete your information on PHOTOGENIC.IN
PHOTOGENIC.IN members can update their information by logging on to the Member Area of their account using their username and password, and clicking on "update Profile " or "update Album" button to update their personal information as appropriate. The BETA version of the site may have some restrictions.
Opting-out of email announcements and marketing: PHOTOGENIC.IN members can select to opt-in or opt-out of receiving announcements and promotions from PHOTOGENIC.IN by selecting the appropriate option during the registration process.
Your personal information that you can edit and that is collected by PHOTOGENIC.IN includes your personal statistics for your modeling portfolio including your location, age and measurements.
This information is used for creating your Profile page that shall be accessable at http://your-username.photogenic.in. This information along with your Album is publicily visible. At any point in time you can decide as to howmuch of your personal information is visible on your Profile page. Please note this personal information, that you chose to display on your Profile page, is tied to personally identifiable information about you.
You can choose to hide your contact details. In which case a visitor can contact your through an internal PHOTOGENIC.IN messaging system that will notify you. Visitors to the site will not be given your phone number, email address, or any other contact information by PHOTOGENIC.IN unless you display it on your Profile page.
You may change or update ALL the personal information we have collected online from you by logging on to the Members Area of your account and clicking "update Profile" for your Profile information or "update Album" for your PHOTOGENIC.IN Album information.
To delete your personal information from the PHOTOGENIC.IN servers you need to cancel your PHOTOGENIC.IN account. To cancel your PHOTOGENIC.IN account, please email us at customer_support@PHOTOGENIC.IN. Please make sure to include your PHOTOGENIC.IN username in your cancellation email request and the reason for your cancellation.
Our Commitment To Data Security
To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
ADVERTISERS ON PHOTOGENIC.IN
All users accessing the PHOTOGENIC.IN Web site, and viewing advertisements on PHOTOGENIC.IN's Web pages, retain complete anonymity where PHOTOGENIC.IN is concerned. As ads are delivered, PHOTOGENIC.IN does not acquire or collect any personal information about you. Your name, address, phone number, and email address all remain your private properties. PHOTOGENIC.IN does, however, collect information which is specific to how you use the Internet.
